Standard US small-parcel shipping is $5.99 below $30 in qualifying merchandise and free at $30 or more.

Customs duties included. No remote-area surcharge for this service.

Please use a residential street address. PO Boxes are not supported. Contact us before ordering for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico so we can confirm small-parcel availability.

The free-shipping threshold excludes shipping and taxes. Applicable sales taxes and final shipping charges are shown at Shopify checkout before payment. Included customs duties do not mean all sales taxes are included in the product price.

If delivery takes longer than the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will notify you and offer a revised dispatch date or cancellation for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us first to request approval before returning any item. Include your order number and, for LIVE purchases, your TikTok @username. Wait for our confirmation, return address and instructions before shipping your parcel.

Changed your mind?

Request an eligible return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and complete, with original product packaging intact. Any hygiene seal must remain unopened; opening the outer delivery parcel alone does not make an item ineligible.

Worn or applied nails and opened adhesives are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude help with faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items.

Approved change-of-mind returns go to China at your expense, using tracked shipping. International return postage may cost more than the item. We provide the full address after approval; please send the return within 14 calendar days of approval.

For eligible returns, the merchandise amount paid is refunded to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Original outbound shipping is not refundable for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee or clawback of previously waived outbound shipping applies.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us promptly, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, with your order number, a description and clear photos where relevant. An unboxing video is not required. This suggested reporting window does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

For confirmed defects, damage in transit, wrong items or missing items, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. You will not pay return postage to resolve a confirmed defect or seller error. For low-value items, we may resolve the issue without a return; please wait for our instructions.

Cancellations, sizing & exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel. If your order has not been handed to the carrier, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once dispatched, the applicable return process applies.

If we supplied the size you ordered and the product information was accurate, size changes follow the change-of-mind rules. Wrong sizes sent by us or materially inaccurate descriptions are handled as order issues.

We do not offer routine direct exchanges. Request an eligible return and place a new order for your preferred item. Replacements for confirmed order issues are handled separately.

How refunds work

We will notify you after reviewing your request or inspecting an approved return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
